Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Inspector to ensure airworthiness by performing inspections and maintaining documentation for transport category aircraft.

You will verify compliance with FAA Parts 145/43/65, review maintenance records, and sign airworthiness releases while supporting preliminary inspections and overseeing storage and in-process modifications. A&P background and strong attendance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of extensive aircraft maintenance experience in a repair station environment on transport category aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections of transport category aircraft and associated components.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with FAA Part 145, Part 43, and Part 65 regulations, OEM and customer requirements.
• Review and sign off on maintenance records, work orders, and airworthiness releases.
• Support incoming preliminary inspections on aircraft/components per customer request cards or manuals.
• Ensure documentation of maintenance is performed as required by FARs, Repair Station Manual, and Customer’s Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program.
• Accomplish incoming inspections and oversee aircraft storage and modifications.
• Perform final buy-back of maintenance performed.
• Accomplish in-progress inspections including clearance-to-close, torque verifications, dimensional checks, rigs, etc.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
