Job summary

Lithia & Driveway Ultimate Airstreams in Clackamas, Oregon hires a Project Designer to guide clients from concept to signed contract, blending design excellence with a consultative sales approach.

You’ll develop custom concepts, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with Production and Sales teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, with periodic travel for rallies and events.

Qualifications

• Consultative selling approach focused on building trust and delivering value.
• Experience in kitchen and bath design, cabinetry, or design-build environments.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience managing a CRM and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Willingness to travel periodically for regional rallies and customer events.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through design and remodeling process from inquiry to completion.
• Meet with guests to understand goals, vision, and remodeling needs.
• Create customized design concepts, sketches, layouts, and project estimates.
• Present remodeling solutions and close sales.
• Coordinate with Production and Sales teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Photograph projects during construction and after completion for communications.
