Unifi Aviation, LLC seeks a Wheelchair Ambassador to assist international passengers with wheelchair support at the airport, from curb to aircraft. No experience required; paid training provided.

The role includes supervising wheelchair duties, coordinating with gate agents, and ensuring safe passenger movement. Must be 18+, have a high school diploma or GED, and be proficient in English. Benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Proficient in English (Knowledge of another language is an advantage e.g., Spanish).

Responsabilités

• Assist and transport passengers requiring wheelchair assistance at the airport to/from gate.
• Carefully lifts special needs passengers up/down stairs of aircraft and in/out of wheelchairs in a safe manner.
• Reads appropriate paperwork to identify name, flight information, date and special service request details to ensure passengers are taken to the correct destination.
• Assists special needs passengers in transporting and claiming personal belongings and baggage.
• Greets and escorts special needs passengers in a friendly and courteous manner.
