Job summary

Prospect International Airport Services is seeking a Wheelchair Supervisor for the DFW area. This full-time, non-exempt role involves supervising wheelchair assistance for passengers at all airport stages from curbside to aircraft.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs and working rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and be able to obtain necessary airport/state credentials.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Proficient in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wheelchair assistance to passengers at the airport from curbside to aircraft.
• Assist passengers with wheelchair needs during check-in, boarding, and baggage handling.
• Lift and assist passengers up or down stairs or in/out of wheelchairs as needed.
• Retrieve wheelchairs from concourse and return to staging area.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies; report hazards promptly.
