Job summary

Huntleigh USA at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is seeking a Full-Time Passenger Services Agent to provide wheelchair assistance and escort passengers through the terminal during the night shift (4:00 PM – Midnight or until the last aircraft arrives). Pay rate is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include guiding passengers, ensuring safety, and coordinating with airline staff while maintaining professional service in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to walk, stand, bend, lift, and push wheelchairs for extended periods.
• Must pass all required background checks and airport security requirements.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to read, writes, speak, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test as required (DOT or Non DOT) and submit to random testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide wheelchair assistance to passengers throughout the airport terminal.
• Escort passengers to and from gates, ticket counters, baggage claim areas, and ground transportation locations.
• Assist passengers with navigating airport facilities while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Safely push passengers in wheelchairs for extended periods.
• Communicate effectively with airline personnel, supervisors, and fellow team members.
• Handle passenger requests promptly and professionally.
• Follow all airport, airline, and company safety and security procedures.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Complete required documentation and reports as assigned.
