Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically; comfortable with IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices.

Responsibilities

• Safely assist passengers requiring mobility support when transferring to and from an aircraft seat.
• Push wheelchair passengers to and from airport gates.
• Operate baggage handling equipment such as conveyor belts and trolleys.
• Load and unload passenger luggage.
• Sort and route baggage to the correct flight and carousel.
• Assist passengers with handling checked, carry-on, and claimed luggage.
• Guide passengers in wheelchairs down the jet bridge and ensure wheel brakes are set.
