Job summary
Prospect Airport Services is seeking individuals to join our team to provide wheelchair assistance to passengers with mobility needs at the airport, covering all stages from curb to aircraft. We emphasize safety, empathy, and exemplary customer service as core parts of the role.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state/customs.
- Proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities
- Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance at the airport, ensuring professional customer experience.
- Assist passengers with wheelchair needs during transport, check-in, or baggage handling.
- Lift and help passengers up/down stairs of aircraft and in/out of wheelchairs.
- Collect wheelchairs from concourse and return to staging area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Perform related duties within skill and experience levels.
- Work safely and report incidents or hazards promptly.
