Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an Airline Passenger Assistant (Wheelchair Agent) in Tulsa, OK. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour plus tips, with potential weekly earnings driven by exceptional customer service.

The role is highly customer-service oriented and involves assisting passengers with wheelchair needs, baggage, and site-specific safety protocols. On-the-job training is provided, and veterans are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• No experience required and on the job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety precautions at all times while transporting passengers.
• Maintain positive interpersonal interaction with passengers.
• Comply with all client and/or site security requirements and processes.
• Safely transport passengers in wheelchairs from retrieval point to destination within the client site or grounds.
• Assist passengers with baggage retrieval and transport if necessary.
• Coordinate assignments with dispatchers and gate Agents, if necessary.
• Complete thorough Incident Reports.
