Hudson by Avolta at JFK International Airport Distribution Center is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, organizing, and distributing merchandise for retail locations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Warehouse experience preferred, including inventory handling and order processing.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or other material handling equipment is required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming merchandise; report shortages or overages promptly.
• Process and complete documentation for merchandise returns to vendors.
• Assist with stock replenishment for sales floors and backrooms; ensure timely product placement.
• Isolate, sort, and organize damaged or outdated products for supplier credits and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with cycle counts and inventories.
• Notify management of out-of-stock items and assist in placing stock orders as needed.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely to move inventory.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general warehouse upkeep.
• Support effective communication and teamwork between warehouse staff and management.
