HMSHost at Milwaukee Airport is hiring a Utility Associate to support daily operations in food service. You will clean equipment, floors, and workstations, stock supplies, and help ensure sanitary standards while assisting with beverage and food service tasks.

The role is non-exempt and reports to the Cook, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager depending on location. You’ll work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, handling unloading/loading, temperature checks, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to bend, twist and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions and policies.
• Frequent exposure to water and chemical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Cleans equipment, work tables, refrigerators and other surfaces.
• Washes utensils and pots, by hand or in the dishwashing machine.
• Clears and sanitizes tables and transports soiled ware to the kitchen.
• Returns clean utensils and equipment to proper places.
• Removes trash and cleans floors and other areas.
• Stocks and rotates products, checks temperatures.
• Loads and unloads supply trucks.
• Follows security and safety procedures.
