Qualifications

• Ability to bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and move supplies as needed.
• Interact with the public in a friendly, professional manner.
• Read and follow written instructions and policies.
• Handle cleaning chemicals safely as part of sanitation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment, work surfaces, utensils, pots and pans.
• Wash utensils by hand or in dishwashing machines and return to storage.
• Remove trash and keep areas tidy.
• Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; maintain cleanliness of walls and fixtures.
• Stock, date, rotate, and check product temperatures; transfer supplies as needed.
• Load and unload supply trucks; follow security and safety procedures.
