• Serve as liaison between FSD management and TSA Headquarters (OTD and Aviation Programs Office).
• Provide guidance on training needs and workforce development programs for airport operations.
• Assist with briefings for senior management on training issues and ensure currency of materials.
• Oversee instructor management, new hire training, and supervision responsibilities.
