CMTS, LLC is seeking a Construction Inspector for Tampa, FL to perform daily on-site inspections of high-end vertical construction projects at Tampa International Airport. You will verify compliance with plans, specs, and FAA requirements while coordinating with contractors, engineers, and owners.

A strong background in airport or FAA environments is preferred. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to obtain airport security credentials.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, and specialty-system drawings.
• Experience preparing daily inspection reports and deficiency records.
• Ability to read plans and coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily onsite inspection of construction activities.
