Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a positive work atmosphere within the department.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction and motivation for station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals and attend trainings as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Support Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
