Job summary

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid, unrestricted state-issued driver's license.
• High school diploma or GED equivalence.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Lift 50+ pounds consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Flexible schedule, including split shifts, mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Full-time position.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
• Work closely with other supervisors to maintain standards and quality.
• Develop, supervise, and oversee all cross-utilized agents.
• Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for station personnel.
• Ensure compliance with SkyWest operating standards and procedures.
• Promote teamwork to achieve station goals.
• Attend company training classes as needed.
• Conduct briefings and meetings with station personnel.
• Cross Utilized Agent duties as required.
