XWELL, Inc. is seeking a licensed Cosmetologist to join our airport spa team, delivering facial and nail services with care and professionalism in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, education of guests on services and retail products, and adherence to safety and sanitation protocols. Flexible hours are required to accommodate traveler schedules, with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Cosmetology license as required by state where services are performed.
• Ability to perform nail and facial services including traditional facials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong customer service and guest-focused mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to follow sanitation, safety, confidentiality and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional cosmetology services including facials, DiamondGlow facials, manicures and pedicures and other approved services.
• Deliver a welcoming, polished guest experience for airport travelers.
• Consult with guests to understand needs and recommend services or retail products.
• Perform services per company standards, protocols, sanitation requirements and state regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary work area at all times.
• Promote services, upgrades and retail products to support guest experience and business goals.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate guest concerns to management.
• Support daily spa operations including setup, cleanup, restocking and teamwork with other service providers.
• Stay current on service offerings, product knowledge and licensing requirements.
