Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed cosmetologist/nail technician to join our team at Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT). If you love helping people look and feel their best and enjoy working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Paint fingernails and toenails
• Clean, cut and shape nails
• Recommend colors, rhinestones and designs based on each customer’s style
• Remove previously applied polish
• Prepare and clean beauty station between appointments
• Inform clients about additional services and offers (loyalty discounts)
• Give hand and foot massages
• Proficiency in facials can be a valuable asset in delivering well‑rounded beauty services
• Up‑sell treatments and beauty products, when appropriate

Qualifications

• Maintain a current and active cosmetologist or nail technician license allowing the performance of facials, manicures, pedicures, and foot massages
• Follow spa protocols for all treatments, including guides for intake forms and treatment room procedures
• Create a calm and inviting atmosphere for guests to ensure a satisfactory experience
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including personal hygiene and spa sanitation practices
• Collaborate effectively with co‑workers to create a cohesive and positive work environment
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques through professional development and training
• Be self‑motivated, flexible, committed, and a team player
• Enjoy working with a diverse clientele
• Be punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to airport needs
