Job summary

SP+ is seeking a dependable team member in Vandalia, OH to perform vehicle inspections, maintain bus interiors, and assist passengers. The role requires a valid state driver’s license, and a DOT Medical Card. Availability for shifts, including weekends, may be required. You will support customers and coordinate with the Facility Manager as needed.

The position includes benefits and a tip-eligible wage structure, with a base hourly rate of $16.00–$17.00.

Qualifications

• Less than High School education or one month related experience.
• License and driving record requirements including valid state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain bus interiors.
• Log trip counts and assist disabled passengers.
• Be punctual and in uniform.
• Direct customers to the Facility Manager when needed.
• Report accidents or safety hazards to the Facility Manager.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
