Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Dallas, Texas is seeking a Shuttle Driver to transport customers safely between the airport terminal and the rental car facility. You’ll greet travelers, assist with luggage, and ensure a welcoming, smooth ride as part of every guest’s arrival and departure experience.

This role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, flexibility to work various shifts, and the ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license (chauffeur license may be required depending on location).
• Previous professional driving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with a diverse group of customers.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical clearance.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, stand, enter, exit, and drive a bus for prolonged periods.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers safely and efficiently between the airport terminal and our rental car facility.
• Greet customers and assist with loading and unloading luggage; communicate route information and next steps.
• Ensure each ride is comfortable and welcoming; follow safety procedures and driving standards while delivering friendly service.
