Job summary

EDS Service Solutions is seeking a friendly, safety‑minded shuttle driver to operate buses to and from Reno, NV airport. You will prioritize customer service and ensure smooth passenger transport during shifts.

Responsibilities include operating vehicles safely, maintaining cleanliness, and communicating with dispatch. Must have a valid US license, be 21+, and bring 1+ year of driving experience.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• 1+ year of bus/shuttle driving or similar transportation experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Customer service oriented with a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of traffic regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle buses along specified routes, adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and alighting and answering questions courteously.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Adapt to changing schedules or tasks as required.
• Transport vehicles safely within the site from one location to another.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bus interior and exterior.
• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Follow schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and passengers.
• Assist with loading/unloading of passengers, including those with mobility challenges.
• Work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
