Job summary

Reimagined Parking is hiring a Shuttle Driver for the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport location. The role focuses on safe, customer-friendly transport of guests in vans or CVs, with shifts 5pm to last arriving flight.

Strong emphasis on safety, compliance with regulations, and teamwork with the Operations Manager and Shift Supervisors. Responsibilities include greeting guests, helping with luggage, answering questions, maintaining vehicle condition, and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver license.
• Clean driving record per company standards.
• Prior commercial or shuttle driving preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Authorized to work in the United States; able to provide eligibility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally upon arrival.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
• Provide clear directions and answer guest inquiries politely.
• Identify guests needing transportation and respond promptly.
• Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pickups and drop-offs.
• Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report safety concerns immediately.
• Record passenger counts and complete daily/shift reports.
• Report accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
• Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members.
