Pay: $23.00 per hour

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided
• No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
• Role may require a CDL with specific class and endorsement

Preferred Qualifications

• One (1) year of prior experience as a passenger shuttle driver is preferred

Responsibilities

• Transport, load, and unload passengers at designated locations
• Ensure safe operation and handling of specialized equipment for passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair lifts and tie-downs
• Assist passengers with luggage loading and unloading
• Perform vehicle inspections and routine maintenance activities
• Assist patrons needing help at airport locations and parking lots
• Inspect shuttle for damage and record information
• Provide excellent customer service and respond courteously to inquiries
• Enforce bus evacuation procedures and coordinate evacuations when needed
• Report incidents or claims promptly
• Refuel and maintain shuttle and fuel logs
• Maintain a clean and disinfected shuttle environment
• Conduct pre- and post-inspections to ensure safety and compliance with DOT standards
