Unifi Security LLC is seeking a Security Employee Screener for OH, IN & KY (CVG). This full-time, non-exempt role focuses on access control and screening to ensure secure facility entry. Paid training provided, with comprehensive benefits upon full-time employment and flight privileges after 30 days for eligible family members.

The position requires lifting up to 70 lbs, rotating shifts including nights and weekends, and ability to obtain required credentials. Base pay is $16.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee access control and screening of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct screenings including identifications, vehicle decals, and random checks.
• Patrol premises, respond to incidents, and document concerns and emergencies.
• Prepare clear reports on incidents and daily activities.
• Coordinate communications via radios and security equipment.
