Job summary

Leidos Inc. in Rochester, NY, is seeking a Program Manager to lead the TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP) task order at Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC).

The PM serves as the primary contact with the TSA CO and FSD, and oversees screening operations, staffing, compliance, quality, and subcontractor management. The role requires coordinating 24/7 operations, directing staffing, performance reporting, CPMP and AQL adherence, and implementing TSA best practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of general management experience, or at least 3 years as a certified STSO or higher position.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with TSA Contracting Officer (CO) and Federal Security Director (FSD) at ROC.
• Direct day-to-day management of security screening operations, staffing, scheduling, and shift flexibility.
• Monitor performance against CPMP and AQLs; implement CAPs as needed.
