Job summary

Unifi Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and access control at client facilities in Atlanta, GA. You will supervise screening personnel, ensure client standards, and coordinate emergency responses to incidents.

You will train staff, verify time records, and maintain reports while upholding safety procedures. This role requires vigilance, integrity, and strong communication to protect passengers, personnel, and properties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain airport/state credentials as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site security operations and access control.
• Supervise screening and security personnel and ensure client standards are met.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff; enforce dress code and procedures.
• Manage assignments, scheduling, and time records for full coverage.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents; communicate critical events.
• Maintain reports, logs, and equipment inventories for accountability.
• Perform duties safely and report hazards per policy.

Education

Airport/state credentialing requirements

Two years in aviation or ground handling (preferred)
