Job summary

SSP America is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Dane County Regional Airport (MSN). You will supervise restaurant operations, lead a team, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced airport setting.

Offering $55,000–$60,000 per year plus quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits such as health, dental, vision, life plans, PTO, 401K with company match, and EAP. Applicants should have 2+ years in restaurant management and strong MS Office and POS skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in restaurant management or supervisory role.
• Proficient with MS Office and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage all restaurant and customer service activities to meet goals and provide feedback.
• Lead and develop a team; recruit, train, assign daily tasks, and maintain service standards.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures; ensure brand compliance.
