Job summary

Pinehurst is seeking a professional shuttle driver to transport guests safely to and from airports and around the resort. The role requires a valid license, clean driving record, and at least 5 years of licensed vehicle operation experience, preferably with hospitality or guest services background.

Responsibilities include daily vehicle logs, pre- and post-shift inspections, DOT physical compliance, and prompt shuttle service to guests, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with at least 5 years of licensed vehicle operation experience.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from airport locations and resort properties.
• Log assigned vehicle daily and perform pre/post-shift inspections.
• Wear uniform and maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle.
• Follow DOT physical requirements and renew prior to expiration.
• Report accidents or driving violations to supervisor as required.
• Promptly respond to shuttle calls and coordinate with the Transportation Coordinator.
