Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is seeking a Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative at the Provo Airport location. You’ll assist customers from reservations through returns, help with vehicle selection, pricing, terms, upgrades, and contracts.

The role emphasizes delivering friendly service, meeting sales goals, and keeping the rental operation organized. Training is provided and the team offers benefits and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• No more than two accidents or incidents in the past three years.
• Applicants under 21 must maintain a clean driving record.
• Must pass applicable background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and determine their transportation needs.
• Assist with reservations, rental pickups, returns, extensions, and vehicle changes.
• Present available vehicles and help customers select an appropriate rental.
• Review pricing, rental terms, optional protection products, upgrades, and other available services.
• Process rental contracts, payments, customer information, and other required documentation.
• Look for appropriate sales and upgrade opportunities while providing helpful recommendations.
• Respond to customer questions and work through concerns or service issues.
• Check vehicles during pickup and return and record damage or condition concerns.
• Coordinate with fleet and operations personnel to maintain a supply of clean, fueled, inspected vehicles.
• Become familiar with different vehicle types, features, and rental options.
• Follow established procedures for customer records, payments, contracts, and vehicle handling.
• Work closely with coworkers to maintain an efficient branch and airport rental operation.

Our Provo Airport operations are looking for a motivated team member to help customers with their vehicle rental needs. Current opening does include working 4PM-12AM As a Rental Sales & Customer Service Representative, you'll work directly with customers from the beginning of their rental through the return process. You'll assist with reservations, vehicle selection, rental agreements, payments, upgrades, optional products, and customer questions while helping keep the rental operation organized and running smoothly. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, working toward goals, and staying active throughout the day.
