Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Customer Service Exit Booth Agent at Pittsburgh Airport to deliver exceptional rental experiences. You’ll verify documents, assist in vehicle selection, and process rentals with accuracy, while promoting add-ons and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, and the ability to work 40 hours weekly with day or evening shifts, including travel up to 10%. Uniforms are provided along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Verify customer documents and driver’s licenses.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles and handle exchanges.
• Promote products and services such as prepaid fuel and toll passes.
• Finalize rental agreements with accurate receipts.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damages, mileage and fuel; maintain workspace.
