Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location to lead a team, drive performance, and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will train new hires, monitor daily tasks, maintain safety standards, and report on performance while adapting to changing schedules. A valid driver's license, HS Diploma or GED, and 1–2 years of supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license (non CDL) and driving variety of vehicles.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete daily tasks and meet performance standards.
• Provide training to new hires with tools and information for success.
• Deliver excellent service and professionalism to customers.
• Follow safety policies and promote a safety-focused operation.
