Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Ramp Agent to join our Ground Handling Department. The role involves baggage handling, servicing aircraft outdoors, and maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided and you will report to the General Manager. Responsibilities include below-the-wing servicing, loading/unloading baggage, operating service vehicles, guiding aircraft, and de-icing.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of ramp agent training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
