Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC in Charlotte, NC seeks team players for ramp positions. You will marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, de-ice when needed, service cabins, and operate ramp equipment. Training is provided, and safety is a priority.

The role supports rotating shifts, with full-time hours starting at 30 hours per week and eligible for flight privileges after 30 days. Benefits and 401k are included for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to obtain credentials as per airport/state requirements.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback.
• Load/unload/sort passenger baggage and company cargo.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service tasks and clean cabins.
• Adhere to safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete work safely and as directed by supervisors.
• Report safety or security incidents promptly.
