Responsibilities
- Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
- Safeguard customers' baggage, air cargo, and airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage, and destruction.
- Lift, load/unload, sort, and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders, or baggage carts safely.
- Operate pushback equipment and maintain visual contact with Wing Walkers to ensure safety.
- Receive and record customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials as required.
- Pick up, deliver, and transport cargo and baggage to and from aircraft; prepare related records.
- Operate and/or drive motorized equipment such as belt loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback tugs, bag carts, lavatory carts, and deicers; or manually push and pull carts and containers.
- Complete paperwork and forms related to work assignments and enter data into the company's information system.
- Perform other relevant duties as assigned within the skill and experience level for this position.

Requirements and Responsibilities
- Load, unload, service, guide, and direct customer aircraft.
- Safeguard baggage, cargo, and mail from weather, theft, or damage.
- Handle passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and materials safely using appropriate equipment.
- Operate pushback and safety equipment, maintaining communication with Wing Walkers.
- Record and manage cargo and baggage movements, and complete related paperwork.
- Operate motorized equipment or manually handle carts and containers.
- Perform other duties as assigned, based on skill and experience.
Qualifications
- Must be a resident of the state.
- Valid in-state driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and a background check up to 10 years.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Completion of ramp and SIDA training for airport security.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing 70+ pounds regularly, and 40-50 pounds on raised surfaces.
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop frequently and for extended periods.
- Ability to work in cramped or high places, and carry heavy items up/down stairs.
- High School diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred (1+ year).
