Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking part-time ramp personnel to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and operate ramp equipment. Training is provided; no experience required other than meeting basic qualifications.

Shifts are typically 4:00pm–9:00pm, with exposure to outside weather, weekends, and holidays. The role includes flight privileges after 30 days and weekly pay for hourly employees, plus benefits for full-time staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required by airport/state.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, tow tractors, servicing vehicles.
• May perform cabin service duties (servicing aircraft, cleaning, restocking).
• Adhere to safety procedures and policies.
• Complete work safely and securely per company standards.
• Report safety and security incidents and hazards.
