Responsibilities

• Loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.
• Safeguards customers' baggage, air cargo, airmail from weather, loss, theft, damage, and/or destruction.
• Lifts, loads/unloads, sorts, and transfers passenger baggage, airmail, freight, and company materials safely.
• Operates pushback equipment and maintains visual contact with Wing Walkers for safety.
• Receives and records customer baggage, airfreight, mail, and company materials.
• Picks up, delivers, and transports cargo and baggage, and maintains related records.
• Operates and drives motorized equipment such as belt loaders, lift trucks, pushback tugs, and manual push carts.
• Completes paperwork and enters data into the company's information system.
• Performs other duties as assigned within skill and experience capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be an in-state resident with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and a 10-year background check.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must complete ramp and SIDA training for airport security access.
• Capable of lifting/carrying/pushing/pulling items over 70 pounds regularly.
• Ability to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and work in high or cramped spaces.
• High School diploma or GED; relevant experience preferred.
