Job summary

Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is seeking a Project Manager to manage capital improvement projects, tenant projects, and larger O&M projects at ONT through planning, design, construction, and activation phases.

You will coordinate consultants, contractors and internal departments to ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and compliant with FAA/TSA grants and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing aviation or public infrastructure projects.
• Strong budgeting, contracting, and procurement skills.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, design, budgets, and control procedures for airport projects.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to meet baselines.
• Prepare reports and manage FAA/TSA grant coordination.
• Monitor safety standards, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Attend meetings and represent OIAA in coordination sessions.
