Job summary

Prospect Airport Services in Detroit is seeking a Passenger Services Associate to assist arriving passengers with baggage, provide directions, and relay flight information. You will support baggage handling and ground transportation requests while prioritizing safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Must be able to constantly lift up to 70lbs and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide general information to passengers, give directions and flight information.
• Help passengers in the claims area, in obtaining baggage and ground transportation.
• Transport checked baggage from one location to the appropriate location.
• Transport oversized pieces of checked articles, directly to bag room.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
