Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Lubbock Airport Cashier to manage cash and electronic transactions at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, processing payments, and maintaining a secure, organized booth.

The position runs Monday through Sunday, 5pm–1am, at the Lubbock airport location, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, safety, and compliance with company policies. Strong numerical skills and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must successfully pass a background check and comply with policy and laws.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide documentation (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions.
• Maintain organized cash drawer and tickets at all times.
• Prepare cash control and summary sheets neatly and accurately.
• Report all cash overages and shortages promptly.
• Ensure adequate change is available during the shift.
• Complete shift and daily reconciliations of receipts, cash, and charges.
• Secure funds and control documents in deposit bags prior to deposit.
• Greet and depart guests in a friendly, courteous, professional manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being pleasant, helpful, and solution-oriented.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and escalate when necessary.
• Answer guest questions and explain parking procedures clearly.
• Communicate respectfully with guests, clients, and teammates.
• Issue and collect visitor parking tickets and match forms when needed.
• Assist guests entering or exiting the property and answer calls promptly.
