Job summary

Qualifications

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• 3+ years in airport or aviation management with leadership
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety and security
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and leadership
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Proficient English communication
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to access information print/electronically, incl. adaptive tech
• Eligible for required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs)
• Willingness to work extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including ground handling, customer service, and maintenance
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead a diverse team of department heads and supervisors
• Monitor performance against KPIs and objectives
• Liaise with airlines and regulators to ensure compliance and collaboration
• Drive business growth through partnerships and new services
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting
• Ensure adherence to safety standards across operations
• Lead crisis management and emergency response planning
• Foster safety, quality service and continuous improvement
• Manage customer relations and address escalations
• Direct human resources activities including recruitment and training
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences
• Lead initiatives on sustainability in operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
