Job summary

American Airlines is seeking a Sr Customer Service Manager for Airports Operations at DFW, overseeing front-line teams to deliver a safe, reliable operation and exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive operational excellence, coach leaders, manage escalations, and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure on-time performance and a strong safety culture within the Airports Team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 4+ years of leadership experience across operational roles.
• Must be able to work shift work, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work on-site at assigned base/location.

Responsibilities

• Drives operational excellence while promoting a safety-conscious environment and exceptional customer service.
• Establishes and mentors frontline team members and develops future leaders.
• Maintains effective relationships across teams to achieve common goals.
• Addresses escalated service issues and guides peers as needed.
