CVG Airport – Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Ohio seeks an experienced Airport Operations Manager to lead day-to-day airside, terminal, and landside operations with a focus on safety, compliance, and efficiency. The role requires oversight of FAA Part 139 programs, incident response, budgeting, and contract management while coordinating with KCAB and regulatory agencies.

You will drive staff development, enforce policies, and ensure readiness for emergencies, including

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7+ years direct experience at a FAR 139 commercial service airport.
3+ years supervisory experience.

Mansioni

Ensure continuous safe airfield and terminal operations during routine and emergency conditions.
Coach, develop, and evaluate staff; delegate and review work.
Maintain and manage FAA Part 139 programs including airfield safety inspections, NOTAMs, wildlife management, training, and records.
Oversee compliance with FAA Part 77; coordinate temporary obstructions with KCAB departments and outside contractors.
Lead incident management processes; coordinate with stakeholders to resolve operations situations and emergencies.
Represent Airport Operations at the Incident Command post and Emergency Operations Center when needed.
Manage department budgets and all contract management activities per KCAB Policy 1014.
