Job summary

Contour Airlines is seeking a Crew Chief to lead local station operations and ensure safe, efficient customer service at the airport. You will supervise staff, coordinate schedules, and liaise with management to maintain smooth operations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and teamwork, with duties spanning check-in support, boarding assistance, and ramp safety procedures. A high school diploma and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Office 365, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Type at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily station operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Assist with staffing schedules and outage planning.
• Greet and assist customers with a prompt, courteous approach.
• Check-in passengers, handle ticket changes, and re-book itineraries.
• Board and deplane flights and assist passengers with special needs.
