Job summary

Pegasus Aviation Services in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Operations Agent (ANC location) to provide essential operational support and logistics for customer airlines, crews, and flight schedules. The on-site, non-exempt role reports to the Operations Manager.

You will coordinate crew logistics, handle paperwork, drive company vehicles to aircraft, monitor flight information, and maintain intranet records for accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in admin, customer service, or operations.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain airport driving endorsement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizen or valid right to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance to airline customers and crew.
• Coordinate crew movements with hotels and transport.
• Drive company vehicles to and from aircraft.
• Monitor flight information to ensure staffing accuracy.
• Clear paperwork at U.S. Customs and handle crew/cargo procedures.
• Maintain a valid SIDA and airport security clearance.
• Assist boarding and deplaning of passengers.
• Update intranet and operational databases for accuracy.
• Liaise with airline staff for timely communication.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with stakeholders.
• Operate radio/pager for team communications.
• Keep work area clean and presentable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.
