Pacific Pros seeks an Office Engineer II for the Terminal 5 Renovation and Reconstruction Project at Los Angeles International Airport (LAWA). This on-site role supports the T5 project management team in managing scope, schedule, and interfaces across design and construction activities.

The candidate should have a strong construction background, design lifecycle knowledge, and experience with PMWeb/field coordination. Local candidates required for full-time on-site work at LAX.

Competenze

• 10+ years experience, preferably on airport projects.
• Experience with multiple delivery methods: Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, Design/Build.
• Excellent written and oral communication and knowledge of industry practices.
• Licensed Engineer preferred by CA Board (or equivalent) and related certifications may apply.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain all project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, minutes, and daily reports.
• Track, log, and monitor contractor submittals for timely review and distribution to teams.
• Prepare RFIs and ensure prompt communication of responses to relevant parties.
• Maintain RFI and submittal logs in PMWeb and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, inspectors, and PMs to ensure clear information flow.
• Support field operations by coordinating with field engineers and superintendents.
