Job summary

BEUMER Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor (Night Shift) to ensure reliable operation of the BEUMER Individual Carrier System (ICS) at Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). You will supervise maintenance activities, coordinate staff, and drive safety and process improvements on a fast-paced airport intralogistics site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree/technical cert preferred.
• 3–5 years leading large teams in automated material handling systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office, CMMS platforms, and payroll software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe work practices by enforcing safety policies and conducting routine checks.
• Assist with shift planning, task allocation, and staffing coverage.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
• Lead maintenance troubleshooting during breakdowns and coordinate with remote support.
• Provide training and mentoring to technicians to maintain competency.
• Record and report spare-parts usage and system performance statistics.
