Job Description: Airport Manager

As an Airport Manager, you'll oversee all activities at our airport location, ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and high customer and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage activities related to customer service at the rental counter, vehicle rentals, selling additional products, and preparing vehicles for the next rental.
  2. Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands; oversee both exempt and nonexempt staff.
  3. Supervise shuttle services for customers between rental counters, vehicles, and airline terminals.
  4. Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  5. Provide statistical data on transactions and revenue.
  6. Assist in preparing the annual budget.
  7. Monitor gasoline pricing charges.
  8. Implement HR policies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 1 year of leadership and management experience.
  • Experience in car/truck rental and knowledge of human resources, training, customer service, and operations preferred.
  • Understanding of P&L statements.
  • Strong decision-making, analytical, communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, BART & O2.
  • Willingness to travel.
