Job Title: Airport Manager
As an Airport Manager, you'll oversee all activities at our airport location, ensuring smooth operations, profitability, and high customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all airport activities related to customer service at the rental counter, vehicle rentals, upselling, and vehicle preparation.
- Plan and implement staffing schedules based on business demands, overseeing both exempt and nonexempt staff.
- Oversee customer shuttling between rental counters, vehicles, and airline terminals.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Provide statistical data related to transactions and revenue.
- Assist in preparing the annual budget.
- Monitor gasoline pricing charges.
- Implement HR policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
- At least 1 year of leadership and management experience.
- Experience in car/truck rental, human resources, training, customer service, or operations preferred.
- Working knowledge of Profit & Loss statements.
- Strong decision-making and independent judgment skills.
- Excellent analytical, math, management, communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, BART, and O2.
- Willingness to travel.
