Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate maintenance vehicles.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors.
• Experience operating a sweeper or similar equipment is a plus.
• Experience with general facility maintenance is required.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean all parking lots, including removing trash and debris.
• Empty garbage cans throughout the lots.
• Remove weeds from all areas of the parking facilities.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Clean stairwells in the short-term garage.
• Operate and drive the parking lot sweeper to maintain cleanliness.
• Paint parking spaces, stop bars, and other designated areas.
• Set up temporary fencing to block spaces as needed.
• Complete a daily checklist of maintenance tasks.
• Report to supervisors and managers to check for additional tasks.
• Report any issues or repairs to the manager.
• Promote premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.

Job Summary:

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of all parking lots and facilities. This position ensures a safe and well-maintained environment for customers and employees.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Clean all parking lots, including removing trash and debris.
• Empty garbage cans throughout the lots.
• Remove weeds from all areas of the parking facilities.
• Perform snow removal as needed.
• Clean stairwells in the short-term garage.
• Operate and drive the parking lot sweeper to maintain cleanliness.
• Paint parking spaces, stop bars, and other designated areas.
• Set up temporary fencing to block spaces as needed.
• Complete a daily checklist of maintenance tasks.
• Report to supervisors and managers to check for any additional tasks that need to be completed.
• Report any issues or repairs needed to the manager.
