Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC (HPH) within Charlotte Douglas International Airport is seeking a Supervisor to lead a 10–15 person team. The role requires weekend availability and flexible shifts, with opening and closing oversight.

Offering $23 per hour, this on-site position includes a $200 signing bonus, coverage of airport badging fees, and a parking pass. Experience in hospitality and strong supervision skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office; ability to use Excel.
• Must be 18 or 21+ depending on state law and able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 10–15 employees per shift and manage opening/closing duties.
• Coordinate with Lounge Manager on inventory, service issues, and guest needs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol handling, safety, and inventory procedures.
• Maintain paperwork for new hires, timesheets, and daily liquor usage.
• Provide excellent customer service in a premier clubroom/bar environment.
