Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC (HPH) is seeking a Supervisor to oversee a team of 6–10 employees at The Club, located inside Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Shifts run from 3:00 AM to 11:30 AM, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with open availability required.

The role covers customer service, bartender and concierge duties, inventory, and staff coordination in accordance with company policies, aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service.
• FOH management experience a plus.
• Ability to handle guest feedback professionally.
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 18 or 21+ per state law.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–10 per shift and cover opening/closing shifts.
• Coordinate with Lounge Manager to reorder inventory.
• Provide high-quality customer service in a premier clubroom/bar.
• Resolve guest issues while maintaining safety and compliance.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and payroll timesheets.
• Restock snacks, beverages, and service area supplies.
